2. Conduct a regular seminar or training for customer service program. Reiterate to them the importance of having a good service and reward them for the job well done. Remember that providing best customer service is not expensive, it is in fact the cheapest way to enhance the relationship to the customers.
3. Hire right and good people. Do not tolerate employee’s who are not concern with the company. Teach them to have a heart to what they are doing, by that customers will feel their warmth service.
4. Always listen to the complaints. This will improve your service and fixed the problem shortly. Ignoring complains will cause a problem to your company and may lead to a bigger one.
5. Quality product and service, If you do have a good product/service offered, there is a higher chance to make you in the customers list of choices.

How important is the customer loyalty in the business?

Business industry today is complex. There are big competitions in every business. That is why many research and study are being conduct for their continuous growth. Customer’s loyalty is one factor that can help to many organizations. If you gain their trust, that will be mean a long relationship with them. You can also ask for a referral to their friends, families and business associates. Thus, the customer’s loyalty is one of the important tool or way for your brand awareness. In fact, as I mentioned earlier it is the cheapest way. For big companies are expending much money for brand awareness, excellent customer’s service that will lead to their loyalty is a big factor for your business.

d. E-commerce – you need to have your own website, selling skills, SEO skills and well versed into internet marketing

e. Virtual assistant or VA – you need to be good in customer service and you should be well verse into internet

f. Data entry – you should have a good typing skills

g. online medical transcriptionist – needed knowledge of medical terms and good typing speed.

2. Spa business – as we all know that people in our time are extra conscious of beauty and health, and records shows that this industry is blooming every year.

3. Garage sales – we are in time of recession, and people are looking for cheaper things to buy, like clothes, appliances, etc.

4. Franchising business – they say that this is one is the best for those people who are new in the business industry, for training and all necessary things needed in running a business will provide by the owner of the company.

5. Small canteen – food is our basic needs and there is a high possibility that you will grow in this kind of business, if you will focus and concentrate in your business plan.
