The Perspective of Having an Organizations Good Leader
They say, the success of one company credited to the leader. Once the organization found the best leader or decision maker then the business has potentials to succeed. What are the qualities of a good leader? The measurement of being a good leader may deafer depending on the set of standard qualities into different organizations. Others have same leadership style that is good if that style fitted with the situation or environment of the business.
Good leaders in my opinion are those who are flexible and can easily adapt styles and new techniques in the industry, those who are situational leadership. They can make a decision when needed and can be a trainer to his or her staff. Considerations of being a good leader may approach into different situations or style of the leader. People have different perceptive in judging a leader or decision maker, they sometimes look into the status of the business or to the qualities and potentials of one individual.
Every organization wants or finding ways to develop the skills of their decision makers. What are the ways in improving leaders or decision makers?
One way to find a good leader is thru selecting or hiring process, this will include the profile identification, you need to see if that person has potentials, if their skills will match to what you are looking for, if they can easily adapt to the environment and one the most important is the person’s character. Then, you need to develop and train them good.
