The Key Role of a Business Continuity Plan in an Organization

The business continuity planning is the logistical plan of how an organization will recover after a company disaster within a planned period. It presented in a form of manual and kept in a safe place. Strategic and good business continuity plans will help your organization to resolve with any possible disturbance like natural disasters, supply chain problems, power failures and many more.

The goal of this phase is to attain organizational acceptance that the business solution plan comply with the requirements for the recovery of the company. (a) The manual information awareness and training to those who have critical role to the plan (b) Technical solution’s testing and verification (c) Documented organization recovery procedures testing and verification. The phase is one once or twice in a year
