- Always listen to the complaints. This will improve your service and fixed the problem shortly. Ignoring complains will cause a problem to your company and may lead to a bigger one.
- Quality product and service, If you do have a good product/service offered, there is a higher chance to make you in the customers list of choices.

For big companies are expending much money for brand awareness, excellent customer’s service that will lead to their loyalty is a big factor for your business.
