II. Look for the good place, where you think the business will grow. Do the surveying of place, go there in normal day and time when you plan to operate. Check the number of possible customers who may go to your place.
III Plan your menu. Make a note for weekly menu. Be sure that customers can give positive comments after eating to your place.
