The Choice of Being an Employee or an Entrepreneur
Once we finish our college degrees, chances are we would consider only two things, be an entrepreneur or apply with the big companies and work our way up the corporate ladder. The latter seems to be the wiser choice since with some degree of experience for a couple of years; these can be used as foundations towards putting up own businesses. People who go into business immediately often find themselves crawling for success.
Being an employee should not be treated as degrading. This covers mostly people who come from wealthy families. Work experience is something that people cannot buy. It is something earned and most of the people who have collected it have ended up being successful people.
There is no limit as to the level of experience a person can garner. However, there is still the little thing of being creative and unique. This is what makes successful entrepreneurs different from people who are mainly concerned about living life as it should be based on the hierarchy of needs we are all familiar about.
